My fee is $160 for a 50-minute session.

Extended 80-minute sessions are also available for $190.

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can send to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of the session. Coverage varies, so it can be helpful to check with your provider about your out-of-network benefits.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if you feel this may apply to you.

I accept all major credit cards, and payment is collected at the time of your session.

In-person sessions are available in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

I also offer virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in Oregon. You must be in Oregon at the time of your session.

Finding the right fit matters. Therapy isn’t always comfortable, but it should feel like a place where you can show up honestly without worrying about being judged. You’re welcome to ask questions along the way, and if it’s not a good fit, I’m happy to provide referrals to other therapists.
