What It’s Like To Work Together
People often come here wanting a place where they can feel more like themselves again, where they don’t have to explain everything perfectly or brace for judgment. You’re met with care and curiosity, whether you’re coming on your own or with someone important to you.
In our work, we’ll pay attention to what’s happening and take time to understand the patterns underneath. Over time, that clarity can help you respond differently in your relationships. Some sessions are serious. Some are lighter. We’ll move at a pace that feels grounded while still doing meaningful work.
Hi, I’m Alex.
I work with couples and individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, especially when something feels stuck or the same patterns keep showing up. The people I work with are thoughtful and capable. They’ve developed ways of coping that helped them get this far, and at some point those strategies stopped working the way they used to.
My approach is relational and attachment-based. I’ll help you make sense of how past experiences might still be shaping things now, and support you in finding new ways of relating to yourself and others. You’ll be met with warmth and steadiness, and invited into deeper work at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps you understand the cycle you keep getting pulled into. Together, we’ll work toward clearer communication and a stronger sense of connection.
Trauma & Attachment
This work focuses on how earlier experiences and protective strategies continue to shape your reactions, relationships, and sense of safety. Together, we’ll work toward greater steadiness and clarity in how you respond.
Individual Therapy
For individuals who want to better understand their patterns in relationships, both with themselves and with others. Together, we’ll focus on building more intentional ways of connecting.
Wondering if this is the right place to begin?
Starting therapy often comes with questions. You might have a sense that something needs attention, even if you can’t fully name it yet. We’ll begin by paying attention to what’s showing up and taking it one step at a time.
If you’re ready, you’re welcome to schedule a free consultation to see if working together will feel like a good fit.
